Orchestra time!

Hi guys
Today the whole school left... Including me. POOF gone!
But nothing bad happened. Yeah I hear your dissapointed sighs.
We went to town and listened to a Orchestra. They played the star wars theme
and let it go (not my highlights) After that we went to Margaret Mahy park, I liked spinning
around on the thing that goes around.I don't know what it is called! It was very cool.
The orchestra had so many interesting instruments. My favorite song they played was
the Harry Potter theme.

Have you been to a orchestra before? Well I haven't but... now I have
Please leave a comment
Kind regards
Kade

  1. Hi Kade,

Dylan from Grey Main here. The Orchestra sounds cool, especially the Harry Potter theme. I've read all the books and watched all the movies at least once!

I've never been to an orchestra before but it sounds quite fun. I can imagine what fun the playground would be after sitting in the theatre for a very long time.

    Great Job!

    1. Hi Dylan
Thanks for commenting on my blog. Man I am only up to the goblet of fire. What is your favorite book/movie of the series?
Yes, going to the park was very good. Especially after sitting down on a pretty comfortable seat for an hour. I said PRETTY comfortable not massage chair, recliner type seat but its was f-f-fff-FINE.
      Thanks again

  2. Hi Kade,

It looks like you had really fun at the Orchesta. I haven't been to an Orchesta. What other songs were played? Was there any other schools there?

I really like how you put in some pictures of what happened.
    GREAT WORK!

    1. Hi Talia

Thanks for commenting on my blog.

It was fun at the orchestra. There was lots of other schools there but I did not know most of them. There was other songs but I didn't really know the name of them. I asked my friend and she said there was a song called pictures.
      Thanks again

  3. Hi Kade,

I am Tyler from St Bernadette's. I like how you told use your favourite theme.

In one of the photo's I can see some St Bernadette's people. None of which was me. If I was there, my favourite would be the Star Wars theme.

Next time you could use a bit more information.

Can you name all the songs you heard?

  4. Hello Kade, It must have been fun when you went to the Orchestra. I've always wanted to go to the orchestra but my family has no time to go there. How many songs were played?

  7. Kia Ora Kade,
My name is Makayla and I am a Year 8 student at Point England school. I really loved your blog post it was really interesting, and I really loved the type of vocabulary you used. But I think that you could change up the type of vocab you use. For example, you could change up your vocab and try to use a bit of academic vocab. By doing this you could keep your blog posts very professional yet cheerful and fun.

    Kind Regards,
    Makayla
