The setting:
The scorch trials takes place after the sun flares which wiped out most of the human race, There is also a virus going around called the flare. There is a destroyed abandoned city full of Cranks (A person with the flare who has gone completely crazy.)

Main character: Thomas

Minho
Newt
Brenda
Frypan
Jorge
Aris
Teresa
Plot: After escaping the maze Thomas is lead to a dorm room. They stay the night. But the people are knowhere to be seen. There are cranks screaming from the windows. They stay there for days, then out of knowhere a person they call Ratman.
They soon set of to a safe heaven, but they have to go through the scorch. They meet people called Jorge and Brenda
When they finaly make it to the "safe heaven" they meet lightbulb monsters and after they defeat them they get picked up in a berg. (what is used to carry cranks)
